Definitions

Throughout this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings defined below. Where context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

• "20ph22," "we," "us," "our" — Refers to the 20ph22 platform, its operators, affiliates, and service providers operating the website at 20ph22.cam.
• "Player," "you," "your" — Refers to any individual who registers for or accesses a 20ph22 account, whether or not they have made a deposit or placed a wager.
• "Account" — The registered user account created by a player on the 20ph22 platform, used to access games, manage funds, and claim bonuses.
• "Platform" — The entirety of the 20ph22 website, mobile-optimized interface, games, payment systems, promotional tools, and customer support infrastructure available at 20ph22.cam.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by the player using an approved payment method, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to applicable conditions.
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds credited to a player's account as part of a promotional offer. Bonus balances are subject to separate wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• "GCash" — The Philippine mobile wallet service operated by Globe Telecom, accepted as a deposit and withdrawal method on 20ph22.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — The identity verification process by which 20ph22 confirms the identity of account holders, typically requiring government-issued identification documents.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount a player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 20ph22 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and remain continuously satisfied for the duration of your account's existence.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use 20ph22. This age requirement is consistent with Philippine regulations governing online casino gaming and sports betting. 20ph22 employs age verification measures during registration and during the KYC process. Any account found to be registered by an individual under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant regulatory authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

20ph22 operates primarily for players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing 20ph22 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of this Agreement. 20ph22 reserves the right to restrict access from any territory at its sole discretion.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any incapacity, guardianship order, or legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on 20ph22 or any other regulated gaming platform. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded are prohibited from attempting to circumvent exclusion by registering a new account. Any such attempt is a violation of this Agreement.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 20ph22 account at any time. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 20ph22 employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts except the earliest-registered account may be closed, and any funds or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth — is a serious violation of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 20ph22 account credentials, including your username and password. 20ph22 staff will never ask for your password. You agree to notify 20ph22 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. 20ph22 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

20ph22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Standard KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may have withdrawals suspended pending verification.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

20ph22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. 20ph22 does not accept cash deposits or payments from unverified third-party sources.

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the 20ph22 cashier section and may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to check current limits before initiating a transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may vary depending on the receiving institution's clearing schedules. 20ph22 does not charge withdrawal fees to the player; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 20ph22 accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Own Account Restriction

Deposits must be made using payment instruments registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed back to payment methods that have been used for deposits or that you have verified as belonging to you. 20ph22 is not responsible for delays caused by discrepancies between account names and payment instrument names.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on 20ph22 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

20ph22 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are stated at the point of claiming the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

5.3 Abuse and Misuse

20ph22 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting software errors to gain an unfair advantage, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing structured low-risk bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at 20ph22's sole discretion and are final.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus balances and free spin rewards are subject to expiry periods specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

Gameplay Rules

20ph22 hosts games from third-party providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

All games offered on 20ph22 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by certified professional dealers operating under regulated conditions. 20ph22 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session — including but not limited to connection drops, server errors, or power outages on the player's end — 20ph22 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, 20ph22 may, at its discretion, void the affected round and refund any wagers placed during that round to the player's real money balance. Decisions regarding interrupted games are final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 20ph22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with games or place wagers on your behalf.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, chip-dumping in poker, or any form of match-fixing or coordinated wagering strategy.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage. Players who discover such vulnerabilities are required to report them to support immediately.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during KYC or any other verification process.
• Attempting to access 20ph22 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 20ph22 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the 20ph22 platform infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 20ph22 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall compilation of the platform — is the property of 20ph22 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use 20ph22 solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 20ph22 content for any commercial purpose. Any unauthorized use of 20ph22 content terminates this license immediately.

The 20ph22 name, logo, and any associated branding elements are trademarks of 20ph22. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of 20ph22.

Privacy and Data Protection

20ph22 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

20ph22 uses your personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and 20ph22 servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, consistent with the security standards applied by major Philippine banks and financial institutions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 20ph22, its operators, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and third-party content providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether foreseeable or not.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether temporary or permanent.
• Any technical failures, including server outages, network disruptions, or software malfunctions, that affect gameplay or transaction processing.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or legality of any third-party game content hosted on the platform.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit 20ph22's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 20ph22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your 20ph22 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by 20ph22

20ph22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account is being used in violation of this Agreement; the account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity; or the account holder has provided false information at any stage.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by 20ph22 — all pending bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are immediately forfeited. Real money balances remaining in a closed account are subject to the outcome of any investigation under way. Where no violations are found, verified real money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your 20ph22 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within forty-eight (48) hours. You may also request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings, which activates a temporary or permanent restriction from the platform.

Amendments to This Agreement

20ph22 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations under this Agreement — 20ph22 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or through a notice displayed upon next login.

Your continued use of the 20ph22 platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account. 20ph22 recommends reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless the parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through good-faith negotiation and, failing that, through the customer support and escalation process provided by 20ph22. Players with unresolved complaints regarding game fairness or account decisions may also seek review through applicable regulatory channels.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
